These days, many international car manufacturers have started to look at the Indian car market very seriously. Especially the small car market; out of every 4 cars that is sold, 3 of them are small cars. That’s the reason why a lot of car manufacturers have started to eye the small car market.
Companies like Skoda have already launched their model of the small car called the Fabia, tough it is priced higher than most other small cars, it still manages to do well. Hyundai soon followed suit and launched the i20 which is priced in the same range of the Fabia. Honda was not far behind in launching its small car; a few months ago, Honda too launched a small car called the Honda Jazz. The Honda Jazz along with the Skoda Fabia and Hyundai i20 belong to the premium hatchback segment, which is pretty new in India.

The Engine of the Honda Jazz is a 2 liter i-VTEC engine which promises a power output of 90 PS @ 6200 RPM. It is driven by a 5 speed manual transmission that offers a sporty drive and good fuel efficiency.
The exteriors of the car are really attractive, even though it is a hatch; it still manages to attract eye balls. The aerodynamic design of this car makes it look really sleek and sporty. Interiors of the Honda jazz are also pretty good. The interiors are extremely spacious and have comfortable seats. There are also many small boxes inside where you can keep things. Ride quality of the Honda jazz is also very good, the car has an excellent driving posture and being a hatch can be very easily maneuvered around.
